Mentorship try a two-method road – since your mentee finds out from you, you will learn from them too. They can present new perspectives to the subjects you recognize otherwise offer understanding of the new regions of knowledge that assist broaden their limits. It is very enticing to provide anyone solutions when you’re experienced enough to do this – but that’s not a knowledgeable method to training.
